A ship with divers gets caught in a strong storm. As a result of the accident, the safety rope breaks and one of the crew members gets stuck on the bottom of the North Sea. He has only 10 minutes of oxygen, and help can come in half an hour at the earliest. The crew makes a difficult decision to risk the ship and the entire crew to bring their friend home alive, where his fiancée is waiting for him.
