In 2021, when real estate prices were rising, an ordinary office worker Noh Woo-sung racked up loans and bought an 84 m² apartment in a manor. Three years later, housing values are falling and debts are mounting, so the guy is forced to moonlight as a courier and steal food from the office. When a friend gives him some insider information on how to make money from cryptocurrency, Woo-sung, having no other ways to get a large sum of money quickly, sells the apartment and goes to the bank, at which point he has an escalating conflict with his neighbors, who are always making noise, but blame Woo-sung for it.
