Ian has no job and has never traveled outside of his city, but has always dreamed of traveling. When he gets an incredible opportunity to work as an expert for a prestigious guidebook, it seems like the chance of a lifetime. But excitement is quickly replaced by dread: his boss instructs him to visit and evaluate 40 places in Marrakech in three days. What seemed like a dream job turns into a dizzying adventure full of surprises and dangers. In Marrakech, even a hammam can turn out to be an underground casino and a beautiful guide can be an antiquities thief. To survive and keep his job, Jan will have to outplay robbers, the mafia, the police and his own boss.
