France, the town of Parillon. The daughter of the local pastor is a transgender woman. Her choice is not accepted not only by her father, but also by his childhood friends, the winemaker and the chief of police. Church authorities ban the pastor from the ministry, and he kicks his daughter out of the house. A refugee camp appears near the town, and the streets are not safe. The refugees attack the pastor's daughter, castrate her and crucify her on the front of the church, but she survives and is committed to a mental institution. The father doesn't want to look for the perpetrators, but the police chief begins his own investigation and seeks advice from his former mentor in prison. The latter considers tolerance and multiculturalism dangerous. Refugees rape the winemaker's daughter. Her father takes hostages in the camp, the police chief tries to stop him, but is forced to shoot his friend and ends up in prison.
