Kothi, a deaf-mute orphan, lives with his sister Devi and earns a living with occasional part-time jobs. One day Koti gets a job at an orphanage as a security guard and handyman, where he befriends the children. He accidentally discovers three men peeping on visually impaired teenage girls in the bathroom who cannot see them. Unable to tolerate such a crime, Coty kills two of them and soon turns himself in to the police.
