The Galactic Mining Corporation receives information that their robots are being stolen from Luna 44 and sends Detective Stone to the station to investigate. Stone is forced to go undercover as one of the prisoners who are sent to Luna 44 to pilot special helicopters. But what he doesn't know is that the station commander, Major Lee, is instructed - in the event of an attack on Luna 44 to sacrifice the humans to save the robots. And when the detective tracks down the traitors, he has to fight on two fronts, trying to save both the humans and the robots from destruction.
