Major Tatiana Svetlova is forced to team up with her former fiancé, Captain Pavel Trebushko, to investigate the murder of Igor Dorofeev, the owner of the winery "Vinodillia". Tatiana suspects a rival of Igor's wife, a disreputable businessman Alexei Fadeyev, but soon realizes that not everything is so idyllic at Vinodillia. Meanwhile, Igor's stepdaughter, Aglaia, is forced not only to deal with the consequences of her stepfather's death, which revealed several dark secrets of the family, but also to confront Alexei Fadeev, who sleeps and sees how to get his hands on Aglaia's inheritance.
