Sasha, a bear thief, breaks into a house, where he witnesses a crime: the owner of the house Chernov killed his wife. Chernov begins to pursue the escaped witness. Meanwhile, Sasha has to arrive in time for his son's matinee, because the future of his marriage depends on it, which he is trying to save with all his might.
