The family of 12-year-old Fyodor is left without means of subsistence, because his father decides to invest everything in a hotel, which he wants to build on the ruins of an ancient castle, where, according to urban legends, ghosts dwell. Fyodor will have to unite the family in order to save the ghosts of the past, but also not to be left without his own future.
