Young spoiled major Gleb, son of oligarch Ivan Kopytov, is sent to the countryside to optimize business processes at a dying sausage factory. Gleb is eager to prove to his father that he is capable of being an effective top manager. However, the villagers, led by plant director Fyodor Grudinkin, declare a real war on him.
