Seven friends, along with dozens of other people, are sent to a sugar refinery for seasonal work during the harvest. At first the work goes smoothly, but one day a girl leaves the dormitory at night and follows a mysterious figure. Soon the workers are gripped by fear: strange accidents begin to happen at the factory, and after a while the factory employees find the lifeless body of one of the workers.
