The hideous little puppets return to finish their unfinished business. They are joined by Torch, a flamethrower puppet wearing a Kaiser Wilhelm helmet and spewing a column of flame from his hand. Together the puppets exterminate a group of government parapsychology scientists, who return to the ill-fated hotel to find out what happened to the previous team. As well as the hotel owner Gallagher, who was found dead with his brains pulled out through his nose. The Dolls exhume their creator Andre Toulon. The puppet lord, who walks around completely wrapped in rags as the "invisible man" and who everyone knows as a hotel proprietor recently returned from Bucharest, needs human brains to repair his rotting flesh. But things don't work out so well for Toulon after the revival, as he has the indiscretion to tell the dolls that continuing their lives was not part of his plans. That's when the dolls "killed" him....
