Timur Akhmetovich is a nephrologist-surgeon, but he is unable to cure his teenage daughter of a progressive disease. The only chance for salvation is a kidney transplant, but there is simply no suitable rare organ. When all the honest ways are gone, the man goes to the darknet and gets acquainted with underground transplantologists. He agrees to perform illegal surgeries, because this is the only way he can get contacts of a compatible donor and pay for his daughter's treatment. Meanwhile, investigator Dulat gradually gets closer to the black market of organs.
