Ayuumu Tamari, a schoolboy, has a rare condition where parts of his body crystallize when he is stressed. As Ayuumu is constantly worried and nervous, he can't study properly and is left behind for the second year. The only outlet in his life is his class teacher, Koya Onihara, whose relationship with him gradually grows to another level.
