An ordinary Russian family, mired in the routine and grayness of the lived years, tries to save the marriage by buying a course of sexual resurrection. From that moment on, the Konovalovs plunge into a cycle of intimate experiments that seem strange, funny, and some even frightening. In the process, the Konovalovs realize that intimate life is only one piece of the puzzle, and the reason for their discord lies much deeper.
